The Arrazzo Dance Theater was established in 1991. For a long time the company worked with the concept of adapting their choreographies to the particularities - the architecture and the atmosphere - of their performance venues. "Trümmerfrauen", premiered in 1995, is the first piece created specially for the traditional theater space, the stage. Gabrielle Staiger, founder and artistic director of the company, was educated at the Laban Centre for Movement and Dance, in London. Her artistic work has received many prizes and stipendia.

Together with Andreas Müller, she will present "Disguising Edges" at the Dance Fair NRW.
