In the framework of the "Choreographers Formerly Active in NRW" program at the Dance Fair NRW, "Vor Ort" (On the Spot), by Reinhild Hoffmann, will be performed.The conception of this solo dance evening is in many ways stimulated by two different regions, those of Berlin and of the Ruhr District. The two locations are both historical for dance and biographically important for Reinhild Hoffmann, who until 1995 led the dance theater ensemble at the Bochum Playhouse. With the dissolution of the Dance Theater, the area of dance was cut out from the city of Bochum completely.

"Vor Ort" , a dialogue between choreography and film was created in co-production with the Hebbel Theater, Berlin, the Berlin Festival and the State of NRW Art and Cultural Foundation.
